Laura Gomez

Laura Gomez is a multifaceted artist, working Full time and freelance as a painter, illustrator and graphic designer. She has designed branding, painted large and small scale, Illustrated editorial spot art and children’s books. She works in mixed media with a focus in acrylic and charcoal. Her work is based on personal experience and bridging the identity gap of what it is to be born Mexican in a melting pot. Laura’s current work intersects empowerment and inclusivity of the under represented, by creating work that depicts the subjects as powerful and solemn.
