In Hatha Yoga, the practice aims to create a harmonious union of the body and mind. Hatha Yoga typically involves a series of asanas (physical postures) designed to enhance flexibility, strength, and balance, and breathing techniques (pranayama). Practice at a slower pace, with focus on the breath, controlled movement, and stretching. The class includes breath work, sun salutations, core strengthening postures and meditation.

* This class is beginner friendly and welcome to all levels of yoga experience.

* Come to one or all sessions.

* Please bring your own yoga mat or blanket.

* Classes are accessible to everyone. Please select the Registration Fee that best fits your accessibility.
